Root-Cause Promise: If we cannot identify the specific cause of hair loss through our comprehensive diagnostic process, we will provide a full refund of the consultation fee.

Results Commitment: We provide continued support until visible results are achieved or offer money back for program fees.

Guarantee Conditions: All guarantees are subject to full client compliance with prescribed treatment protocols, attendance at all scheduled appointments, honest disclosure of health information, and commitment to recommended lifestyle modifications.

6. Client Responsibilities

Treatment Compliance: You agree to follow prescribed treatment protocols consistently, attend all scheduled appointments and check-ins, and commit to recommended lifestyle modifications.

Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete health information and notify us of any changes in health status or medications.

Confidentiality: You agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary treatment methods and The Follicle Revival Code™ protocols.

Payment Obligations: You agree to pay all fees according to agreed payment terms and notify us immediately of any billing issues.

7. Intellectual Property

Clinic Termination: We may terminate services immediately for non-payment of fees, violation of these Terms, non-compliance with treatment protocols, or abusive behavior toward staff or other clients.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights to use our proprietary methods cease, though privacy obligations continue indefinitely.
